All powers of attorneys for use in Turkey need to include the authority to "obtain a tax number on behalf of the Grantor" as in order for the land/property to be registered in your name you need to have a Turkish "Tax Number". It is also important to include the Buyer's mother and father names in the powers of attorneys as in some regions Land Registries refuse to carry out the transfer of the title deed without this information.
